This website is operated by EVS Servizi s.r.l.<\/b>, with registered office at Via San Biagio 19 \u2013 36061 Bassano del Grappa (VI)<\/strong>, registered with the Business Register of the Chamber of Commerce of Vicenza<\/span>, VAT no. 03947100248. By using our website and completing a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions stated on this page.<\/p>

2. Products<\/h4>

All products on the website are accurately described. However, we cannot guarantee that the images displayed on the customer\u2019s screen exactly reflect the actual colors of the product.<\/p>

3. Prices and Payments<\/h4>

Prices are shown in Euros and include Italian VAT, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are excluded and will be visible at checkout. We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and other methods indicated at the time of purchase.<\/p>

4. Product Availability<\/h4>

If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, we will promptly inform the customer and refund the amount already paid.<\/p>

5. Right of Withdrawal<\/h4>

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without the need to provide any reason, as provided by Legislative Decree 206\/2005.
The product must be returned intact, unopened, and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>

EVS Servizi s.r.l.<\/b> is not liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the products sold, nor for delays caused by the shipping service.<\/p>
